Exclusive Company E-News

This program gives our members an opportunity to share their promotion exclusively to our email distribution. It is limited to one opportunity a month and no more than 4 times per year. A total of 2 per month are offered to the chamber membership subject to the chamber’s discretion.

Promotional Materials For Chamber Office Traffic

Chamber members are welcome to bring promotional items (amount and item subject to chamber approval) to the chamber office to put in our new business/new resident bags. These are given to patrons who visit the chamber office as a gift welcoming them to our community. (No Charge)

 

WACC Home & Business Expo

Expo is Waterford’s One Stop Shop event under one roof. It is your opportunity to set up a display booth and market your products and services to other businesses and the community.

  • Member Booth Price – $125 ($100 early bird)
  • Sponsorships – $250 – $1500

The chamber hosts several networking platforms throughout the year in which sponsorships are available. These include the following: State of the Township Address, Annual Dinner, Annual Golf Classic, Business & Home Expo, Business Success Conference, After Hour Mixers, Perking Up, Noteworthy Networking Luncheons, Concerts in the Park, Adopt-A-Planter Beautification Program, Moviepalooza, Oakland Uncorked, Women Rock, Brewing for Business. Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening

Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Openings are generally performed for new businesses and businesses who have renovated, changed locations, or added locations.

  • Your event is promoted and advertised in the monthly newsletter, on the chamber website calendar, monthly e-news, social media sites, Facebook events and invites.
  • Chamber board members, ambassadors, and local dignitaries are in attendance (based on availability).
  • Chamber will correspond and make arrangements with the Township Supervisor’s office for attendance.
  • Red ribbon and large scissors are provided by the Chamber for the actual ribbon cutting.
  • Pictures and follow-up press release are published in the Monthly Shopper and Chamber newsletter along with photos linked on the Chamber website, Facebook, and Waterford Township photo galleries following the event.
